The most pleasant part of the house is the terrace with a sea view, which overlooks the sand dunes and the beautiful Torre dei Corsari beach, which is a 700-metre walk from the property. The property comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a sea view, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a sea view.
