Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

La villa è a 300 metri dal famoso bar Dentoni, e a 50 metri dalla scalinata per il mare che porta direttamente sulla spiaggia. E' ad un secondo piano indipendente dotato di ampio giardino con numerosi posti macchina privati interni gratuiti ( anche coperti). È composta da un salone spazioso, cucina open space, 2 camere da letto di cui una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli e 1 bagno oltre all'ampio giardino al piano terra e ad un terrazzino sul secondo piano. IDEALE PER 4 OSPITI

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.
