It also has 2 parking spaces, high speed WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen and a communal swimming pool close to the beach!

Modern townhouse with magnificent interior design and rustic touch, dotted with beautiful details. Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))

Great, sunny and quiet house located in one of the best Malaga Neighborhoods. Kitchen, bathrooms and windows renewed in 2021. West orientated (very sunny), all services within walking distance with no hills or steep streets, 5min to the beach/promenade which has a great selection of bars and restaurants, two main supermarkets within walking distance, main bus to city centre bus stop within 1min walk. The house has Air Conditioning, high speed Wifi and central heating.

Our little vacational house offers relaxing and cosyness. Located in the old fisherman's quarter El Palo in 2017 it was completely renovated, refurbished and decorated with lots of love. It's a perfect fit for families with 2 kids and offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, A/C, a Chill-Out-Corner in the mezzanin and outdoor spaces as there are a Patio and a roof-terrace. All that just a 3 minutes walk away from the beach.

An inviting outdoor area is presented with a wooden dining table surrounded by comfortable chairs. A spacious lounge area features soft seating under a canopy, while vibrant plants provide greenery against the white walls. Air conditioning units are visible on the exterior.

This fantastic cottage is located near the beaches of Pedregalejo. The cottage is completely renovated and fully equipped! Enjoy the beautiful garden and park in front of the door. The beautiful and atmospheric house has two floors and a spacious garden. On the ground floor there is a toilet, kitchen and living room. On the first floor are two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a spacious balcony. Equipment for children is also available in the house.

Urban-Beach cozy house, sea-view and Rooftop

Indulge yourself with all of what this centrally located, fully equipped and newly renovated terraced house offers with its style, seaview, rooftop... For your reference, the reviews on my profile are from the same place before the renovation, but the listing was accidentally deleted when updating it, and I couldn't recover it. Home was updated thus providing it with much more comfort and a fresher, more sophisticated feel.

A bright bedroom features a spacious white bed adorned with colorful pillows. Two bedside tables with lamps flank the bed, while a simple chair is positioned nearby. Natural light enters through a large window, showcasing soft blue and gray walls.
