At the bottom, there is also a bathroom with a large shower and a sunny patio, with a fountain and dining table. On the first floor is a living area with a single bed, two double bedrooms and a closed balcony with sea views. Refurbished in 2020, equipped with wifi, cable TV, appliances, towels and bed linen.
