The apartment was fully refurbished in 2019, has a double bedroom, one bathroom and a living room connected to the one with the kitchen, with a sofa bed. On the street in front there is a supermarket, laundry and more commerce. It has dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. There is no washing machine and oven.
