Apartment holiday rentals in Tortola

This was our second stay at the villa, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The space is clean, spacious, and well maintained, with every amenity we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was once again incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

My wife, baby, and I had an amazing time at Matt’s condo! We loved having coffee on the patio in the morning. It was the perfect spot before visiting beaches and hiking. Matt was helpful with recommendations. His place is better than the pictures a! We will be back!

Shan's place is great very clean and well equipped with what you need. We had a hiccup with water but that is expected in some islands and Shan made sure we were ok. I would definitely stay with Shan again.

We had a wonderful stay! Alpha is perfectly located just up the hill from Cruz Bay and is located within a few minutes drive to the spectacular North Shore Beaches! We enjoyed exploring the island and relaxing with a glorious view of Cruz Bay and St Thomas from the porch. We really appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and umbrella provided. The local book with suggested activities and restaurants was helpful. We were welcomed with local beer and cold towels! Matt was a perfect host; very quick response time, and easy to communicate with. We are already talking about our next stay! Thanks Matt for everything!

This condo was perfect for us! The view was beautiful, the condo itself was nice with all the amenities described. Very close to town and everything we needed. The island was having rolling blackouts and Matt was very responsive and was there to start the generator within 30 minutes. Thank you for the awesome stay and we will be back!

We had a great stay at Stacey’s place! It was a perfect unit for two of us. The unit had a great view & was close to the pool. The location could not have been better. There was no need for a car because we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. In order to get to the beach, we just walked 5 minutes to the open air taxis. The unit was clean & had everything we needed. She & Laura were very responsive the couple of times I reached out. I would definitely see if Stacey’s unit is available again if we were to go back, which is very likely!

Our stay at Island Therapy was perfect! In the heart of Cruz bay and an easy walk to all the hot spots. William was super helpful and communicative. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone staying on St. John and am hoping to be back again one day!

Do not hesitate! Book Jonathan’s place! It was perfection! In an optimal location on the best part of the island! Smuggler’s Cove ended up being our favorite beach (and the best snorkeling!) and we felt very fortunate to have it so close. Walking distance to Long Bay’s bar and restaurant, which were beautiful and delicious. The views from the house cannot be beat! If we ever end up back on Tortola, we will absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

I loved staying here! Private, peacefule, and a pool, short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would defintely stay again, can't wait to go back!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

El apartamento está súper equipado. Es muy cómodo para las 8 personas que puede alojar. En la cocina encontrarás de todas las utilidades y también tenía toallas, sábanas y almohadas extras. El apartamento cuenta con TV, lavadora y secadora, sistema de Alexa y aire acondicionado en una habitacion y en la sala pero mantiene frío todo el apartamento. No lo recomiendo para personas con limitaciones de movimientos ya que hay que subir escaleras (bastantes). La ubicación es perfecta aunque la zona no es segura (nos enteramos luego) aclarando que no tuve inconvenientes. Los edificios no tienen muy buen aspecto, sin embargo, el apartamento no es así. Moses fue muy amable, accesible y siempre estuvo disponible cuando nos comunicábamos. Tuvimos una buena estancia y no tenemos quejas ni del anfitrión ni del apartamento.

Bianca’s place is so much more than described. Impecable, confortable and modern. The only table we didn’t use was the indoor dinning table. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. We cooked most of the time and everything we needed was there . Worth every penny. You wake up and go to sleep to soft waves on the beach. Best snorkeling in the entire island as far as I’m concerned. Absolutely loved it there !

The place is just a 15 min walk to Megan's Bay but be warned that the walk is on the side of the road and there isn't a side walk but it was doable. Our AC broke the first night but they were able to get us a new room and the property is stunning with amazing views. Northside grind is a great place to get breakfast/lunch and the bar and grill on the property is good as well. Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!

I usually don't give reviews but this one was perfect! Close to red hook and the property itself is exactly what we needed in a vacation home. Everything was well thought out.

What perfect condo to use as a base while visiting StJohn! Was extremely quiet even though others were around, was a little slice of paradise with a very nice clean pool just steps away with a beautiful view. Full kitchen which made it easy to cook in. Living room was exceptionally comfy. While the condo does not have central air, the bedroom has A/C so you can sleep well at night. Keeping the windows open created a nice cross breeze with the rest of the condo. Bed was a tad uncomfortable for my liking (I’m getting old and particular on mattress comfort) but loved the pillows and I still slept well overall. The hills are a little tricky getting in and out but it’s to be expected for St. John. I would highly recommend Andrea’s condo for a small family or couple looking for an economical stay on the island. Don’t hesitate.. just book it!

We appreciate that your willingness to open your home to us. The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was incredible. Off street parking was nice. St John is the best! Thanks again! We highly recommend this beautiful hideaway!

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach. The beach is beautiful appears to be for the use of condo and resort guests only and I don’t think there were more than five people on it the entire time we were there. Highly recommend this co do if you are looking for serenity.

Mimosas on The Hills was such a beautiful home! Very centrally located, with amazing views. The layout of the house provides a lot of privacy, and plenty of room to gather with your family and friends. The house comes equipped with all the supplies you would need to make you feel at home. They also provide coolers and beach chair which obviously comes in very handy in St John. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to St John!

This was our second time staying here and highly recommend. Easy walk into Cruz Bay. Gorgeous view. Plenty of space for family and everything exactly as described.

Great stay! Excellent location very walkable to town and taxi stand for easy transport to beaches, etc. Host was very responsive and helpful. I had Starfish Market deliver food ahead of time so we walked into a stocked kitchen. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay and Tracy was very responsive. Pool deck is gorgeous, photos didn’t do it justice. Beautiful pool and hot tub with views of Cruz Bay!

We have all wonderful things to say about Coral condo! It was a home away from home. All of the amenities you could need/want, super clean, comfortable, and very close to downtown. The grounds were pretty, it was quiet in the evening, and the deck/view was beautiful. Parking onsite was key we realized, and we never had an issue. All of the guest book information was helpful, including the condo information book - all easily accessible. Note: please be sure to “feed” the birds (directions inside freezer) and water the outdoor plants during your stay. Matt is the perfect host; always available, responsive, and gives exact instructions and information about your stay beforehand, which was extremely helpful. Beware of driving on rainy days; the road up is steep! Be sure to put your vehicle in 4-wheel drive! We truly loved our stay and will be sure to stay here again on our next trip back to St John 🌊

We just returned home from a week's stay at the Panacea at Battery Hill. It was a perfect little oasis that was close to town. The Beach chairs that are provided are all Back-Pack style which is great for heading down the hill to the taxis. They also provided beach bags, coolers and beach towels if you so choose to use them. We did not rent a car for this trip... so everyday we (two forty somethings and an 8 year old) walked up and down the hill to town. The hill is pretty steep but it was good exercise and it made me feel better about drinking all the calories in the delicious Painkillers. Plus, along the walk you will see wild peacocks, iguanas and chickens! Every morning, I went down to the pool deck, drank my coffee and feasted my eyes on the gorgeous view of Cruz Bay. Thanks for an amazing stay! Can't wait to return!
