We loved our stay. Had a great time.

This was our second stay at the villa, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The space is clean, spacious, and well maintained, with every amenity we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was once again incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

My wife, baby, and I had an amazing time at Matt’s condo! We loved having coffee on the patio in the morning. It was the perfect spot before visiting beaches and hiking. Matt was helpful with recommendations. His place is better than the pictures a! We will be back!

The four of us were totally pleased with our accommodations at Kim’s BnB. Kim provided a closet full of beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, grill. This BnB came with a swimming pool and outdoor grill. The space was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. There was plentiful deck furniture on the balcony that has an extensive view. Kim met us on arrival with great advice and a welcome basket full of goodies. She asked us to call on her if we needed anything. Parking was very convenient and easy, important in St John. In summary, Kim’s BnB has our highest recommendation.

Incredible stay! First and foremost, the location and the view of the ocean and Cruz Bay from the balcony are huge highlights. Cruz Bay is less than a 10 minute drive and there’s a great grocery store about halfway. The place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and, most importantly, everything you could need for the beach. The two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom were also super handy. Matt is also a great host who communicated well and gave some really helpful tips on how to navigate the logistics of the island (which can be kinda tricky) like the ferry, rental cars, places to eat, and more. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this property!

great location. loved the gated community. was clean and beautiful with excellent view. nice easy check in process. very spacious and clean rooms. had a library of books about local area. landscaping was beautiful. the community pool and pool table were great. wish we could have used the pool table in commons area before noon or after 9:00pm some days. originally thought we wanted to stay in Coral Bay area away from the crowds, but after driving all over the island we were glad we didn't because that whole coral Bay area smelled like sulfur. we cooked the majority of our meals. the place was well stocked with spices. the cook top was a bit hard to figure put for us since we have a gas stove at home. if you like infrared cook tops, then you are set. the y had a dishwasher and good fridge and nice microwave. pots were good but pans could be better. had one stainless steel pan that was not non stick. the only nonstick pan was warped because someone probably left it heated on stove without food and then put cold water on it in the sink while hot. Knives were okay. plenty of counter space. dining table was really neat. bathrooms were super sweet all 3 with awesome showers. washer and dryer was wonderful. ac worked well. TV options were great. veranda was awesome for morning breakfast and evening sunset meals. BBQ grill is a nice weber with clean grates and full propane tank but had to use a match to light one side. grilled a couple meals. although this was higher price range than I would have liked, it was overall a phenomenal place to stay. if in your budget, I wouldn't think twice. you will be happy with this booking.

This was a terrific big condo with plenty of room, totally clean with comfy beds, big kitchen with every item you might need, outdoor grill on the patio (the condo has 3 patios),and amazing views of the sunset and over the water. There was a big cooler for the beach and about 8 beach chairs and beach towels. It is about 5 minutes to so from downtown Cruz Bay and is gated. The work our room was pretty small but had decent weights and the treadmills faced the sea. The public pool area had great views of the water as well and was never crowded. The drive up to the place is a little steep and windy but you get used to it after a day or two.

Thank you Kim and Kyle for the wonderful hospitality. We stayed in Mango for a week and it was a great location to get to everywhere we wanted to go on St. John. The villa was comfortable, clean and spacious. The cooler, beach towels, chairs, flippers, sun tent etc. made all our trips to the beach so much easier! Kim and Kyle were friendly, informative, responsive and being local, they had great recommendations for us. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch and by the pool at the end of the days at the beach and on the water. Every morning, we enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the trees and the beautiful views! Thank you Kim and Kyle for a wonderful stay in this beautiful part of the world!

Do not hesitate! Book Jonathan’s place! It was perfection! In an optimal location on the best part of the island! Smuggler’s Cove ended up being our favorite beach (and the best snorkeling!) and we felt very fortunate to have it so close. Walking distance to Long Bay’s bar and restaurant, which were beautiful and delicious. The views from the house cannot be beat! If we ever end up back on Tortola, we will absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

I loved staying here! Private, peacefule, and a pool, short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would defintely stay again, can't wait to go back!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Our stay at this rental was awesome awesome. The location was perfect for food and walking distance to Emerald beach (water sports at the beach and it's beautifu), the home was spotless, and the host was very helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting St. Thomas.

The place is just a 15 min walk to Megan's Bay but be warned that the walk is on the side of the road and there isn't a side walk but it was doable. Our AC broke the first night but they were able to get us a new room and the property is stunning with amazing views. Northside grind is a great place to get breakfast/lunch and the bar and grill on the property is good as well. Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!

I usually don't give reviews but this one was perfect! Close to red hook and the property itself is exactly what we needed in a vacation home. Everything was well thought out.

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.

We enjoyed our week stay at El Nido in St John. The view… amazing! You will need for nothing while staying here. Trevor met us the first day and the binder book has all the info you need. Debbie responded to my questions before we arrived very promptly. The kitchen is beautiful, clean with all utensils etc you need. We took advantage of the apartment having bug spray, sunscreen, and lots of spices in the kitchen. I’m sure these will rotate as guests use and leave behind. The beach chairs were perfect, with a cooler makes for great days exploring different beaches. We had a car so it was easy to access. Not walkable to town. The first night we realized the portable AC in the bedroom was blowing the hot air back in. Easy fix and we also opened the window for Gods AC too. We will rebook with El Nido!!! :)

What perfect condo to use as a base while visiting StJohn! Was extremely quiet even though others were around, was a little slice of paradise with a very nice clean pool just steps away with a beautiful view. Full kitchen which made it easy to cook in. Living room was exceptionally comfy. While the condo does not have central air, the bedroom has A/C so you can sleep well at night. Keeping the windows open created a nice cross breeze with the rest of the condo. Bed was a tad uncomfortable for my liking (I’m getting old and particular on mattress comfort) but loved the pillows and I still slept well overall. The hills are a little tricky getting in and out but it’s to be expected for St. John. I would highly recommend Andrea’s condo for a small family or couple looking for an economical stay on the island. Don’t hesitate.. just book it!

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach. The beach is beautiful appears to be for the use of condo and resort guests only and I don’t think there were more than five people on it the entire time we were there. Highly recommend this co do if you are looking for serenity.

This was our second time staying here and highly recommend. Easy walk into Cruz Bay. Gorgeous view. Plenty of space for family and everything exactly as described.

We have all wonderful things to say about Coral condo! It was a home away from home. All of the amenities you could need/want, super clean, comfortable, and very close to downtown. The grounds were pretty, it was quiet in the evening, and the deck/view was beautiful. Parking onsite was key we realized, and we never had an issue. All of the guest book information was helpful, including the condo information book - all easily accessible. Note: please be sure to “feed” the birds (directions inside freezer) and water the outdoor plants during your stay. Matt is the perfect host; always available, responsive, and gives exact instructions and information about your stay beforehand, which was extremely helpful. Beware of driving on rainy days; the road up is steep! Be sure to put your vehicle in 4-wheel drive! We truly loved our stay and will be sure to stay here again on our next trip back to St John 🌊

We just returned home from a week's stay at the Panacea at Battery Hill. It was a perfect little oasis that was close to town. The Beach chairs that are provided are all Back-Pack style which is great for heading down the hill to the taxis. They also provided beach bags, coolers and beach towels if you so choose to use them. We did not rent a car for this trip... so everyday we (two forty somethings and an 8 year old) walked up and down the hill to town. The hill is pretty steep but it was good exercise and it made me feel better about drinking all the calories in the delicious Painkillers. Plus, along the walk you will see wild peacocks, iguanas and chickens! Every morning, I went down to the pool deck, drank my coffee and feasted my eyes on the gorgeous view of Cruz Bay. Thanks for an amazing stay! Can't wait to return!

We had a very good time in St. John celebrating a birthday! The staff were phenomenal, especially Leweyllen(not sure how to spell) and Brandon. Taxis are a bit pricey but very convenient.
