很棒！ 很特別的住宅🏠 第一次住新格局的公寓，坐落在大自然懷抱中的新公寓，很特別的體驗！踏出房門可體驗大自然，進入房門可耍廢一整天…. 😛 戶外的大自然對大人是一種享受😎；小孩有Netflix讓他們沈浸宮崎駿動畫。 房東聯繫快速，貼心提醒入住與退房時間。有專用車位很方便。進入礁溪很近約10-15分鐘泡湯泉或泡腳很舒服！房屋整潔乾淨，適合輕旅行的個人或家庭入住💕

It was a pleasant experience to stay at Ann’s place. The only thing I wish it was better was the sound proof. We can hear other people talking. But we still enjoy our time there, thank you.

내집처럼 편안하게 머물다왔습니다^^ 빌려주시는 차가 있어서 정말 좋았어요! 시내와 거리는 차로 20분정도입니다 북적이는것을 싫어하는 저희에게 딱이었어요 웰컴드링크와 스넥, 물도 준비되어있어서 감동이었습니다 대부분의 생활용품도 다 있어요! 사라님읏 의사소통도 잘되시고 친절하십니다 여럿이서가도 서로의 프라이버시를 지킬수있습니다 드레스룸이 있어서 옷보관도 편해요!

It was a super lovely place!

The room is exactly like in the picture! Very clean and cozy vibe. They has a lots of plants inside and outside the house which make this a super cool place to stay. The host is kind and responsive. Vey nice experience staying here ☺️

以春節假期來說CP值高

Everything was perfect ! The owner Tristine is always ready to help, make recos, she even picked us and dropped us at the train station. Room was so very clean. 5 minute walk to the ocean. Thanks Tristine !

This was a great place to stay while in Wai’ao. It had all the things we needed, was centrally located near the beach/small strip. There was tea and little snacks available and the host was proactive in getting breakfast orders. AC and fans were nice even in late winter.

房东老师非常nice，下车时下雨，还专程来火车站接我们，住处安静祥和，旁边古街适合慢节奏，海边也不远，宜兰是个好地方！

懶人一枚的我，竟然也想花時間幫房東寫推文？🤔家族掃墓關係，提前回宜蘭，優質的房間遇到這棘手的假日和地點，難度真的有提高，想說都要花住宿錢了，乾脆當做回去度假好了，找了一個靠山靠海的美景清幽房，天氣也是很給力，光看照片心情就超好超療癒（實際進房也是，從一進大樓，整個氛圍氣場和磁場直接拉滿，寬敞、奢華、放鬆，進到房間也是很有家的感覺，隔天太陽灑進來，超愜意的氛圍，還能在陽台喝咖啡，飲水機也是超棒，可以隨時喝溫水和泡東西來喝。 衞浴、免智溫馬桶，也是超好用，床也是好睡到不想起床，療癒了我疲憊的身軀與撫慰了我疲倦的心靈，以後都要回來這邊充電加油。） 看到眾多評論讚賞，床好睡，空間、環境、景觀、房東用心服務、價格，CP值爆表，果真不虛傳。😎 搭高鐵的同時，突然接到來電，原本以為是電銷，正準備要說：不用不用，咖啦～掛電話的！🫣，結果是房東🤣，人超好🙃 來電告知可以提前入住之外，雖然我們還在北上高鐵的路途中，從高雄上去回台北和宜蘭的行程，也是滿到不行，延路晚上才到宜蘭，隔天又需要早起去掃墓，正想詢問想延遲退房收費，房東也超Nice和有愛與同理心的康愷回應，這份暖心地心意我們收到了，也希望日後再次回訪入住，以行動支持，把它納入口袋名單，推薦給更多朋友來，有機會一定要來體驗這個離海邊只要徒步5分鐘的俱放鬆又有人情味的房東家呦～

海景真的很棒，整體來說是令人放鬆的地方，房東很貼心的提供酒精，這點真的很棒，我們大部分時間都在房源內休息，周圍沒有噪音，房東也會給予詳細的入住指南，這棟建築幾乎是每次來宜蘭必住👍

房間配備很完善 裝潢頗具巧思 很新而且住起來很舒服 實際空間就跟照片一模一樣 大樓本身也很新 公設很多 比一般的飯店還好 甚至還可以用便宜的價錢借腳踏車四處晃晃 小缺點是房子位於二樓 窗外沒有風景 還有入住時刷門禁卡的說明沒有很清楚花了一點額外的溝通時間 但整體來說還是非常推薦 物有所值

Zuzu has a great team mate who is like a super polite butler! The latter would help with all kinds of advice without hesitation and accuracy, is a very accommodating individual. Though the venue is a distance away from the Toucheng train station, it's healthy to talk along the safe street of the county and Taiwanese are very courteous. I thank God for pointing to Zuzu's place.
