Old stone barn of 200m² from the 19th century, completely renovated, freshly decorated and backed by a beautiful chapel in a small village of 250 inhabitants, this listed cottage will offer you a quiet stay with family or friends. Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

Located 15 minutes from the Nogaro car circuit and 10 minutes from the Barbotan-les-Thermes spa, after you have the Huga deer farm 10 minutes away, you also have the village swimming pool 5 minutes away, open in July and August.
