Il mesure 35 m2 et la terrasse privée 25 m2. Les restaurants et le parc Braudel sont tout proches. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacantes relaxantes ou sportives, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'activités nautiques et de randonnées à pied ou en VTT. C'est le lieu rêvé pour des vacances en couple ou avec des enfants.

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.
