I would like to point out that they are located at a distance from the dwelling and therefore do not cause any noise nuisance. The Perche is an ideal region if you are looking for a peaceful setting, with no neighbours close to the house, allowing you to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.

La Petite Maison is a former sheepfold that we have restored, located at the entrance to our property. We live on the edge of the forest, in the countryside. As the name suggests, "La Petite Maison" is small, with 18m2, we have optimised every space to be able to welcome you. Please note: The staircase leading to the mezzanine is steep and may not be suitable for everyone. The upstairs bedroom does not have direct ventilation, but a bed is available on the ground floor.
