The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Die Wohnung besteht aus: -einem gemütlichen Wohnraum -einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile. -verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen -Mikrowelle & Kühlgefrierkombi -einem großzügigen Essbereich sowie ein separates Schlafzimmer. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
