Al primo piano, 3 camere da letto doppie e due bagni con doccia. Giardino attrezzato con pergola, tavoli e sedie, amache e BBQ Supermercato e trasporto pubblico a meno di 10 min in auto.

Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.
