All in a calm and peaceful residential area. Is there a better place to rest?

House near the center, Nova Tramandaí, for 4🏖️

Equipped house, including basic kitchen utensils, consisting of a living room integrated into the kitchen. The bedroom has a closet, double bed, we offer, if you want, 1 double/single mattress for use in the living room, along with a sofa bed, 2 fans. We have a Smart TV. Wi-Fi network. The washing machine is available upon request. Bed and bath linens are not provided. The place is quite quiet, close to the center, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and a gym.

This unique place has a style all its own, a finely furnished apartment, with a bedroom, a unique view of the beach next to Avenida da Igreja. Right in the center of Tramandaí… Apartment has two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the city center. Literally on the sand, the building also has a ballroom that needs to be scheduled with the owner to use. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, a sofa bed for two people.

NOTE: There are 2 houses on the property, we rent the front one and the host couple lives in the back. Separate patios, shared front gate.

It is a very comfortable, airy and cozy house. It is close to the sea (350 meters) in a quiet area and close to shops. It has a caretaker service with an alarm for added security.
