Nice house, and good location

Back house, excellent. It has a private patio behind and in front, fenced, and independent. It has a covered parking lot at the kiosk and also a space that can be used, using part of the pergola. The entrance to the property is shared with the tenant in front, but that doesn't matter at all, they'll enter through there, but the house is fenced and individual. It has 2 bathrooms, split in the 2 bedrooms, all appliances, chairs, cart and sun guard, bed and bath. Internet. 450m beach and 1 km downtown.

Right in the center of Tramandaí… Apartment has two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the city center. Literally on the sand, the building also has a ballroom that needs to be scheduled with the owner to use. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, a sofa bed for two people.

An entire house, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and area with hammock. Barbecue, parking for one car. Fast Wi-Fi, 43-inch Smart TV, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, glass platters, glasses, 9 bowls, plates, cutlery, pots, mugs, etc... NOTE: There are 2 houses on the property, we rent the front one and the host couple lives in the back. Separate patios, shared front gate.

Beautiful and cozy. 2 blocks from the sea!

Perfect for those who want tranquility and comfort. 2 sea blocks, 10min walk to the center. Garage for 2 cars. Up to 7 people, with an extra 2 people on the sofa, with an extra fee of 100 reais per day. Price described without linen and towels. Request a quote! Please note: air only in the suite, the others are waiting for repair. It has 2 portable foot fans!

Beachfront apartment, one bedroom, fully furnished, with closed garage, overlooking the city. Close to the center, supermarkets, just across the street to get to the sea. Double bed in the bedroom, extra double mattress and a single mattress! The parking space accommodates a medium-sized car!
