Tranquility and beautiful nature close to the beach. This small apartment of 24 m2 is connected to a smaller landlord's place. It is located in the most beautiful nature with birdsong and abundant wildlife outside the windows. Walk 300 meters above the field and you are by the beach. There is a private terrace connected to the apartment. There are insect nets in the patio door, so sleep too open door and enjoy the sounds of the night. Bring your food and a bottle of wine to the hilltop of the field and enjoy the magnificent views of fields and beach. There is a dog on the property.

The spacious apartment is a part of atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by stunning nature and fresh air. On the farm there are horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm includes smaller forest areas and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, soccer games. Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. (Intet skjult rengøringsgebyr!) Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. The house in the protected city of Tranekær is worthy of preservation. It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary barbecue in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden.
