Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

There are bus stops to Edinburgh (approximately 50 mins) and the coastal towns of East Lothian just outside your front door. Self check in makes arrival more flexible. Strictly no smoking or pets.

One of the most picturesque and oldest areas of Edinburgh with its narrow cobbled streets steeped in history. The outlook over the village and the river make this a rare and sought after setting. Dean Village is the most idyllic central location in Edinburgh with Princes Street being only a short 6 min walk away. Haymarket train station is within walking distance of the apartment.

The flat is a stones throw from all of Edinburgh's main attractions, superbly located, just 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport by tram with Haymarket and Waverley train stations within walking distance. The fashionable Stockbridge area is just short walk away, as is Arthur's Seat, the Water of Leith and Murrayfield.

This is a lovely self catering, first floor apartment in a quiet area of Musselburgh. A short walk from the harbor, beach, play park and shops. Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. Luxury Main Door Apartment, Fantastic Location!

2 bedroom luxury apartment located in the centrally located Newington area, a stone’s throw away from the idyllic Hollyrood Park where the Queens palace is situated. Beautiful Arthurs Seat, 10 minutes on foot, capturing panoramic views of Edinburgh! This apartment is very tastefully decorated to a very high standard with its own main entrance set in a lovely street. The city centre is only 5-10 minutes in a taxi and you have a choice of many buses close by.

Completely refurbished (January - May 2019) and beautifully finished 1 bedroom flat within a couple of minutes of the Meadows, Old Town, Financial District and the University. Self-check in by key box, on to a quiet and tucked away tenement stair (1st floor, 19 steps, no elevator) flat, though we're happy to meet up and give you any tips or recommendations that you require. We are Airbnb hosts of almost 4 years and happy to share our experience.
