Large main door flat with one en-suite bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and also a separate shower. Toiletries are supplied. There is a separate W.C. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The living room has two couches, a smart TV with Freeview, DVD player & WiFi. On street parking only. There are bus stops to Edinburgh (approximately 50 mins) and the coastal towns of East Lothian just outside your front door. Self check in makes arrival more flexible. Strictly no smoking or pets.

This is a lovely self catering, first floor apartment in a quiet area of Musselburgh. A short walk from the harbor, beach, play park and shops. Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. "We stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing! We slept peacefully. We loved this apartment and wished we could stay here longer." (Guest review 2019)

Note: Extensive cleaning between guests. Newly refurbished basement flat just 10 minutes walk to the East end of the city centre and 15 minutes walk to Waverley train station. New council regulations in July 2023 means there is now no free on street parking. The property comprises of two bedrooms-one room with super king bed and one with double bed-, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Close to tourist attractions- Holyrood Palace, the Parliament and Royal Mile are around 5 minutes walk.

Peace, peace, perfect peace, an absolute gem of a place with a big sea view next to Wemyss castle. Two bedroom, rustic flat overlooking the sea. Wood burning stove. Seconds from the beach.
