Bienvenue dans le village historique du Montaigu à Hambers ! Nichée dans le cadre naturel préservé d'un village classé du 16ème siècle, nous vous proposons une charmante maison indépendante, parfaite pour une escapade en couple. Nous avons voulu apporter un confort généreux tout en préservant l'authenticité des lieux. La maison Duroy, entièrement équipée, compte une chambre et un couchage d'appoint (une personne) dans le salon. Connectée à la fibre, elle offre télévision et musique (airplay).

Literie neuve Nous sommes près du Mont ROCHARD -(alt 357 mètres) et du Montaigu.(alt 291m) Près de Ste Suzanne (Un des plus beaux villages de France) -du plan d'eau de GUE DE SELLE (Mézangers) et de JUBLAINS (site archéologique)

L'Annexe du Plessis Bochard

Dans un logis reconstruit au début du XIX ème siècle ayant conservé une partie de la voûte d'une chapelle du XVI ème siècle, vous pourrez profiter au RDC d'un salon chaleureux avec poêle à bois ainsi que d'un coin cuisine et d'un WC indépendant. A l 'étage, vous trouverez une ravissante chambre en mezzanine avec lavabo et baignoire d'angle. Un salon de jardin est à votre disposition ainsi qu'un bassin de nage chauffé, en plus de deux vélos pour découvrir Saint Céneri et les Alpes Mancelles .

You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

La petite cabane se transforme en petit chalet de montagne à partir du 1er novembre jusqu’à mi-mars… Au plaisir de vous accueillir.

Once the village bank, it has been lovingly transformed into an intimate and quirky cottage from where you can explore the beautiful French countryside, immortalized by the famous French Artists, Pissaro and Piet. Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Close to forests, Les Alpes Mancelles, Grottes de Saulges, Roman ruins at Jublain, picturesque St Suzanne and family friendly lakes with inland beaches at Sille Plage or Gue de Selle.

Beautiful Converted Bread Oven

Le Vieux Fournil still has the original bread oven opening into the living space in this wonderfully quirky building. The kitchen and bathroom are housed in the original woodstore and pig sty and the bedroom is converted in the hayloft. The house is 2 km’s from the historic town of Lassay-les-Châteaux with its fortified medieval chateau., winding streets and gardens.
