La villa sorge a pochi km dall’aeroporto di Palermo, circa 25 km , a 45 minuti da Trapani, in zona residenziale e tranquilla dove ai bordi della magnifica piscina, è possibile degustare, su richiesta, pranzi, cene o aperitivi tipici siciliani utilizzando ingredienti locali e ricette della tradizione. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti bar supermarket.

Attico con vista mare. La casa dista 100 metri dalla spiaggia piu' vicina ( momentaneamente è chiuso l'accesso) ma proseguendo il lungomare è possibile accedere ad altre 2 spiaggie , ai Lidi e alla fine del paese al porto quindi alla nostra spiaggia. Dalla terrazza tutti i lunedì si può ammirare l'antico mercato del pesce. A circa 100 metri si trova il centro storico, negozi, market e la piazza principale. consigliamo di noleggiare una macchina per visitare l'isola .

La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.
