Vostra casa col suo spazio esterno si trova in una strada residenziale del Gianicolo (accesso libero in macchina=NO-ZTL -parcheggio gratuito) alberata con palazzi antichi, a due passi da bar e gelaterie, osterie e pizzerie, pasticcerie, wine-bar e daily market. Il palazzo in cui si trova la casa di 39 mq più terrazzo-giardino è ben frequentato e tranquillo. L'ampio monolocale con giardino è al piano terra, perciò entrando nel palazzo accedete direttamente alla casa, senza utilizzare l'ascensore.
