Recently renovated home with all amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The house is in a very relaxing and private setting surrounded by olive trees. Perfect for a family with kids and/or pets. 5 to 10 minute driving distance to major thermal baths in the area. Excellent hosts, highly recommended.

The villa is located in a residential area, very quiet near Vetralla, convenient to amenities. The spaces are spacious, perfect for two families as there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen with French door on an equally large private garden perfect for lunch/aperitif. An optimal solution both for visiting Tuscia and enjoying some relaxation. The owners are extremely kind and helpful and respond in real time. Highly recommended.

I liked everything about this experience: the beauty of the village and its surroundings, the little house in the heart of the village, cozy and functional, the availability and kindness of Maurizio, the friendliness of the inhabitants. Highly recommended for those looking for itineraries off the bite and runaway consumer tourism routes.

We absolutely loved the house, garden and pool! Everything was our perfect, Susanna we a kind, warm and helpful host. She met us at check in, and had prepared a home made meal for us. She was not at the house during our stay, so it was very private. But she replied quickly to messages with any questions we had. The pool and garden was tended to three times a week and he was very kind and helpful with anything we needed help with. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is quite big. Very homely and personal. Clean and tidy as well. The garden is very big and the kids loved it, including the pool, which was just perfect. The area is very rural, but with small towns nearby for shopping, dining and ice cream. Viterbo is just 15 minutes away by car. If you are visiting Rome, we recommend parking near a metro station (e.g. Battistini) and taking the metro to the city center. Very easy, even with kids.
