Also available are "free beach rides" a local service providing rides for tips. Restaurants range from beach casual to seaside elegance. Boat rentals, paddle board and kayak rentals, put-put golf, museums, parasailing, arcade (for that rare rainy day) charter fishing, bike rentals and the Treasure Island Beach Trail are just a few of the nearby activities. The Tampa Bay Rays game is only a 10-15 minute drive. Only steps from the front door, located just across Gulf Boulevard is access to the beach. Popular John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk (dining/shopping/entertainment) is just over a quarter-mile away. Treasure Island is known as the sand sculpture capital of Florida, and hosts the annual Kite Festival & Sport Kite competition (one of the largest in the US). This updated and comfortably furnished house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and easily sleeps 6, with 2 queen beds and 1 queen pull-out. Amenities include parking (which is a premium on Treasure Island), Wi-Fi, DVD player, kitchen stocked with pots/pans and dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer & dryer, bed linens, towels for bath and beach, and use of beach chairs/beach toys. Rinse off at the outdoor shower, enjoy the catch of the day, while you grill and relax with outdoor table and chairs.

Molloy Poolside Suite - 2 Full

The Suite bedroom has 2 comfy full beds. The full-sized pullout couch is perfect for watching TV on the large, living room flat screen. The bathroom is livingroom accessible and features a tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals and a quaint dining table. Dolphin watching, fishing charters, and sunset cruises can be booked minutes from the property at John's Pass. The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right in front of the property and provides easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. Free Beach Ride is also available as a tip only taxi service. Treasure Island Beach is located 20 minutes from Downtown St. Petersburg and 40 minutes from Tampa. The Molloy will have you wishing your vacation would never end!

Please note: There’s no guest parking available, but paid parking is nearby as well as a frequent public trolley.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Located on a Barrier Island beach community in a friendly, residential neighborhood. Guest suite is attached to the main house with it's own separate entrance and living space. Spacious bedroom with En suite bathroom. Kitchenette has sink, small fridge, microwave and air fryer. 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach. Beach chairs, towels and floats provided. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Everything is in walking distance. Many restaurants, Tiki bars with live entertainment, shops and grocery store.

The Resort has heated pool, two gas grills, elevators and 3 docks and peaceful area to just sit and look at the water. Boats up to 24’ welcome with reservation.
