Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

House with sauna and hot tub

The family house on the outskirts of the city offers an ideal combination of nature and accessibility to the center. Enjoy relaxing in the outdoor sauna and hot tub, barbecuing on the terrace with a fireplace or relaxing in the large fenced garden. A great choice for families, cyclists and groups of friends. Quiet location, privacy and comfort – the perfect place for relaxation and celebrations. There are 6 fixed beds available in the house. However, the number of persons is not limited. It is not a problem to arrange your own sleeping, for example, on the ground or in a tent.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat trip, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock with a view of the sunset. New to our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up after a long day. In the evening, you can then warm up by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Beautiful trips are within reach, 30 minutes by car - Hluboká nad Vltavou, Červená Lhota, Třeboň, Jindřichův H., České Budějovice. You will definitely find many beautiful experiences here....

Romantic cottage in seclusion

Romantic spring on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded natural setting, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is close to a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surroundings are ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Čeká vás minimalistický, ale promyšlený interiér a soukromé wellness v podobě vířivky a sauny (sauna není zahrnuta v ceně). Domeček je pro všechny, kdo milují klid, přírodu a chtějí si dopřát víc, než jen přespání. Je to zážitek, kde zpomalíte, načerpáte energii a odvezete si domů vzpomínky, na které se nezapomíná.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

The farmhouse is ideal for groups of friends, cyclists and families with children. No pets. A secure, enclosed courtyard, comfortable apartments, a swimming pool and a heated hot tub. If you would like to use the hot tub, please let us know in advance so that we can preheat it for you according to your wishes. Next, we have a children's playground – all this is just for you. Užijte si pobyt v klidném prostředí naší maringotky se včelkami, obklopeni nádhernou přírodou na okraji CHKO Brdy a relaxujte v naší soukromé sauně. Nádherná krajina v okolí pod maringotkou se přezdívá "Pod rybníčky". V těsné blízkosti uvidíte pole, rozlehlé louky a lesy. Velká dominanta krajiny jsou kamenné stěny z nedalekého lomu, který určitě stojí za návštěvu. Západně od maringotky se nachází prostor starého zemědělského družstva, které má nádech tajuplna.

For history lovers, there are certainly many castles and chateaux in the area. Sightseeing flights are available at a nearby airport.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.
