Casa Teo is a large and airy space overlooking a sunny and well-equipped garden. It enjoys a sea view as far as the eye can see, directly on the Riviera of the Cyclops. The decor is essential and elegant, simple but functional, with attention to every detail. The apartment, almost entirely facing the sea, is a recent renovation of a house from the early 1900s: - the dining/living area opens directly onto the garden and is equipped for every need - The double bedroom has an exclusive bathroom -an additional living room has two sofa beds and another bathroom. The parking is private, as is the descent to the Scardamiano seafront of AciCastello, full of bathing establishments equipped with every service. You can walk to the center of Acitrezza in a few minutes.

House is fully furnished: tv, satellite, internet, heating, and laundry. From the terrace, you can enjoy the panorama. Close to the town center, our house is the perfect base for several excursions. Mount Etna, Taormina, Catania, Acitrezza/Acicastello are easy to reach by car. Private parking. Pets are welcome. We live there during the summer

THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE
