Den stora altanen är perfekt för både avkoppling och måltider med sol från lunch till solnedgång. Stugan omringas av en trädgård med lekstuga och liten sandlåda. Nära till affär, värdshus och Sveriges sydligaste udde, Smygehuk med kaféer, butiker, konst samt fyren (öppen för allmänheten). Den fina lokala badplatsen har brygga, fina sandstränder endast några km bort.
