Lovely west coast cottage of about 85 sqm in Beddingestrand with large secluded plot about 350 meters from child-friendly beach. Bus stop about 400 meters. During the spring of 2025 the kitchen and bathroom were renovated. Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and 3 separate bedrooms, conservatory, and wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Nearby there are restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, pizzerias, tennis, golf, a swimming area and lovely walking trails.

Nice house with proximity to the beach

We rent out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and room for both large & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilities - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100 meters from the beach and about 500 meters to the swimming jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost place & there are shops, restaurants & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more pearls and beaches along the coast. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

Guest apartment on Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.
