Peaceful and central accommodation with a garden as a private oasis. The city center and central station can be reached in 5 minutes, the beach in 12 minutes by bike. Only 15 minutes to Näset, 25 minutes to Falsterbo and Malmö. The house is 135 sqm incl. basement with sauna, billiards and relaxation. Three bedrooms (family bed and 2 sofa beds that are made into double beds). Two bathrooms. Pool April-October. During the summer, guests are also responsible for lighter maintenance of the garden, pool and watering of flowers.

UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN A MAGICAL LOCATION

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step inside this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white dunes on a large nature plot by the edge of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who drew it with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Close to Beach, ocean & near Malmo/Copenhagen

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

We would like to welcome you to our cottage to make new beautiful holiday memories. You have only 200 meters to the beach with white sand which is the best of Sweden at least if you ask us! The beach is child friendly and so is our cottage. Of course also your dog should be a part of your holiday dream! The cottage is allocated very close of a lovely restaurant, ice cream bar, tennis and golf. The best of all - here is hot tub and sauna! Amazing. Isn´t it?!
