Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Designed for 2 people, cannot accommodate baby/child. 1 dog allowed if – 5 kg (cannot be left alone in the house). Cats not allowed *It is not possible to postpone the departure time beyond 10:30 a.m.

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The accommodation was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate 2 to 8 guests maximum. In summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The gîte has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for meeting with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

Located in the countryside while being close to amenities, (2 km from the city center and 700 m from the supermarket) you will be quiet and can enjoy very nice walks from our home. Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes.

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.
