Located in the northwest of the island of Rügen in Trent – district of Vaschvitz – the holiday home built in 2017 is embedded in the well-kept Seepark residence Rügen. Surrounded by the nature reserve of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park, you will spend your vacation on a 3,300 m2 (8.1 acre) property, 300 m (984 ft) away from the shallow coastal waters of the Baltic Sea, the Bodden.

It is very quiet and can be the starting point for hiking or cycling trips in the beautiful surroundings. Our house offers optimal comfort for 4 guests and is equipped to a very high standard. A lot of light comes into the house from all sides and the high ceiling in the living-dining area gives a feeling of space and generosity.

This modern furnished vacation home offers enough space for 8 guests. Here you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, sauna and fireplace. One of the bedrooms has its own dressing room as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, the kitchen, living room and dining area form a spacious unit. The materials are modern and beautiful. Wi-Fi gives you access to the Internet at any time. The Bodden is about 200 m away and the open sea is 14 km away.

Our very modern and spacious holiday apartment easily fits two to three people and with the booking of the additional bedroom even four people can be accommodated. Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. The apartment perfectly fits a family with one child. Families with two children or three to four adults we recommend to book the extra bedroom.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Our thatched fisherman's house is located in a quiet, idyllic village location in the small town of Neuenkirchen, surrounded by beautiful Bodden waters. The surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, do water sports and ride. The house has its own 2000 m² garden with a beautiful terrace, plenty of space to linger, a fireplace and great views of the Bodden landscape. Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.

Shell Diver Vacation Home

The Muscheltaucher vacation home (living space 80 square meters) is a thatched house with underfloor heating throughout the house, a fireplace and a sauna. Built in 2020. The house has upscale amenities and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump, which is powered by green electricity from EWS Schönau. The location near the Wieker Bodden is ideal for long walks or bike tours. Via the Wittower ferry, which is only 2 km away, you can also quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Wiek, Dranske or Glowe.
