Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.

My apartment is located on the beautiful island of Rügen in a central location of Sagard. In the immediate vicinity (about 3 km) is the Jasmundtherme with its sauna and bathing area as well as an extensive wellness area. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get to Glowe Beach, 7 km away. Shopping facilities are in the village within 10 minutes walking distance.
