Welcome to our 1845 cobblestone home! Completely renovated and rebuilt with your comfort in mind. We call it a cottage, but it's [now] a super well-built house with 100+ acres of fields, pond and trails to explore! An Ontario Parks summer pass is included for your use. When you book you'll see that HST is added to your nightly rate and cleaning fee, and a Municipal Accommodations Tax is added to your nightly rate only. Stays longer than 29 days are exempt from both of these taxes.

Stay beside the North River in our charming guesthouse cabin. Private riverfront to launch canoes or kayaks Public Boat launch across the road. Single loft with two twin beds that can easily be put together to make a king and a comfy queen size sofa bed on the main floor. Wood stove is the primary heat. It has a dock and a sandy beach for people of all ages. Enjoy stunning sunsets while sitting on the deck and then a riverside bonfire to cap off the day. We are a five-minute drive to Hastings and a ten-minute drive to Campbellford where you will find all types of stores including hardware, grocery, bakery, restaurants and more!
