It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Excellent for bird watchers, the Valley is also home to a large variety of Butterfly species including one of the UK’s rarest butterflies, the High Brown Fritillary.

Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds.
