35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views of the southern slopes of Vercors. A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The cottage is located in the Boutins farm, an authentic place in the middle of nature, conducive to rest, calm, at the foot of the magnificent Obiou massif. It is perfectly equipped, spacious and bright, with a small balcony; it overlooks the large outdoor spaces that allow you to settle in garden furniture and offer easy parking. Collective barbecue; games room with ping pong and foosball table; swing and children's area. Ideal for a couple with two children. Warm welcome.

Apartment located in a green setting

The accommodation has a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In the summer, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a garden furniture set. If you are coming as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (cot, bath, play mat, high chair, etc.). The gîte is located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide bicycles for travellers.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, recent and unique gîte was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening on the mountains without any opposite, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild valley of VALGAUDEMAR in the HAUTES-ALPES. Opening onto a beautiful garden, fields and mountains of Diois, this small home is located in a local traditional house where the host lives. It offers a charming living area with a double bed, a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. This cottage is perfect for a couple (up to 3 guests) eager to enjoy the calm and nature. The host is on site, bed and bath linen available, dogs allowed.

Completely renovated and equipped accommodation in an old house in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Benoit-en-Diois, classified as historic thanks to its 12th century church. Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

La Gardabelle Gîte in the Diois Country, Drôme

We will be happy to welcome you to a village house on 2 levels (1st, 2nd), combining modern comfort and the charm of antique objects. Under the Glandasse mountain, start of walks or hikes through the vineyards, Noyers, or in the mountains. 45 m² cottage/furnished tourist accommodation: 3 stars for 4 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Beds are made on arrival, towels included, as well as the big departure cleaning.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
