This unique property is located in the Maritime Alps, between Grenoble and Valence, in the Drôme region. Our holiday home is located in a small village away from traffic and emissions. Our large 65-square-metre apartment for 2 people, featuring a 160 x 200 bed + a sofa bed for 2 people, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Renovated in 2025, it combines the charm of traditional features with a modern style. There is also a large kitchen on the ground floor, and a brasero for barbecuing in the garden. 35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views of the southern slopes of Vercors. A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

This old sheep farm has been qualitatively converted into a unique holiday accommodation in the middle of the magnificent nature and mountains. Here you consciously choose to live ‘slower’ to the rhythm of nature and with respect for the environment. Away from the ‘inhabited’ world, disconnected from our hectic lives.... Breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence and peacefulness. Endless hiking and cycling in the mountains, everything is there to clear your head and get your body healthily tired!

Ideal for a vacation in this wine region at the foot of the Vercors, for nature and sports lovers. Hiking, biking, trail running or mountain biking enthusiasts will find happiness here. Village with all amenities and located 15 minutes from the city of Die. Winegrowers, our house is located in the heart of the AOC Clairette de Die and Châtillon-en-Diois. Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Hermès – Private jacuzzi, intimate terrace, peaceful

An intimate terrace, a wood-fired Nordic bath, a king-size bed and the tranquillity of Nyons just a few minutes from the centre. Hermès is designed for couples who want a break without going far: arrive, slow down, enjoy a hot bath, dine out and stay in their own little bubble. Just a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride (bike included in the rental) from the centre of Nyons, you can enjoy the peace and quiet while still having easy access to restaurants and markets.

Charming cottage overlooking large garden

Opening onto a beautiful garden, fields and mountains of Diois, this small home is located in a local traditional house where the host lives. It offers a charming living area with a double bed, a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. This cottage is perfect for a couple (up to 3 guests) eager to enjoy the calm and nature. The host is on site, bed and bath linen available, dogs allowed.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
