The studio is 10 m from the beach and a 5 drive to restaurants, shops, casino, Thalasso, and especially the famous pink granite rocks of Ploumanach by the customs trail. You'll love my 20 m2 place for the panoramic sea view and its comfort: 1st floor with elevator, electric relax bed 2x70x200, sofa bed 140x190, baby bed with mattress. Enjoy an apartment completely renovated in 2022, with the character of this former hotel from the interwar period. Ideally located between the city center and the port, it has a beautiful living room with kitchen open to the living room, a quiet bedroom that overlooks a private patio with dining area. 25 m² studio in a recent house (2017) with independent entrance and parking space located on the GR34 passage. Several restaurants and Coz Pors Beach are within walking distance in a few minutes.
