Holiday rentals with a patio in Triana, Seville

As fantastic place in a great location. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Great features and lots of space. It was really nice to have the private outdoor space. I would definitely recommend!

Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement qui est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Spacieux, bien équipés et surtout tres propre, vous allez passés un excellent séjour sans problème. Supérette, restaurant, parc de jeux pour enfant, piscine l'été et surtout une place de parking. le logement est à proximité du centre ville en voiture et pour ceux qui ne sont pas véhiculé, il a des bus qui passe juste en dessous du logement. Merci également à la personne qui nous a accueilli et qui a été très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arriver.

El piso de Miguel me ha encantado. Al lado de la estación de tren, muy limpio y con muchas comodidades. Nos dejó hacer el checkin y el checkout fuera del horario preestablecido. La comunicación con él fue muy fácil.

Veronica was a great host from start to end, with very useful recommendations. The place was great, very clean and just like the photos. Notice that one of the rooms isn't completely isolated, as the wall it shares with the kitchen/living room is not closed until the ceiling. It is as the photos but I didn't notice before booking. It wasn't an issue for us but keep in mind that whoever sleeps there will have some light (there are no shutters in the kitchen window) and will hear the tv if it's on. The crib, baby bath tub and baby high chair were great (the only con was that the chair didn't have a belt). It's very close to Aldi (walking distance) and Mercadona (better by car). And it has some great restaurants nearby. We didn't use the bus but its stop is supposed to be in walking distance. The metro station (4 stops until the city center) has free parking but as every free parking it may be hard finding a place to park. The garage of the apartment was great and easy to park.

We felt at home in the apartment. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and even more. The apartment was fully equiped and super clean, bigger and brighter than expected. We especially enjoyed being able to fully rest thanks to the confortable bed, very quiet environment and good shutter which allowed complete darkness in the bedroom. Check in/out was super easy and thanks to the flexible host we could enjoy Sevilla early without the burden of our suitcase. Even if the main touristic attractions are about 20-30 min away, it is really nice to walk there as you pass by lively streets with beautiful buildings, nice shops and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment! Love the design, furnishings, finishes. Great natural light from the numerous windows and the private terrace was a bonus. Neighborhood was very lively without feeling overcrowded. Many good bars and restaurants nearby. We were here during the power outage that occurred all over Spain and Portugal. Because doors are unlocked with a keypad we were unable to enter the apartment for a few hours, however the management sent a representative with keys for all of the guests as soon as was possible (thank you for that!)

Super schöne Oase im Herzen von Sevilla. Sehr stylisch. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich empfangen und auch tolle Tipps für die Stadt geschickt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great location. Beautiful views and large balcony on top. We could see the cathedral lit up at night. Lots of room to to be alone if needed. Be aware that there are 4 levels with lots of stairs in between each level. If you are elderly or have knee problems with steps this is not for you. We are both 75 and the climb was a bit of struggle, especially with suitcases. House was well equipped even with cards and games if you needed a break from exploring. Master shower was amazing and hot water plentiful. Loved the place!

It is a great house - in a very Spanish style! If you wanna get the local vibe - it is perfect. It is next to a restaurant quadrant and in a walking distance from major attractions. Parking is a bit of a challange so be prepared. All in all great stay!

La casa es perfecta para pasar unos días en Tomares y sentirse como en casa, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y Antonio ha sido muy amable con nosotros. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda

La casa es tal cual la describen, limpia y ordenada. El pueblo es tranquilo, pero tiene de todo y está muy cerca del centro de Sevilla.

Araceli's apartment is a hidden oasis in the midst of a vibrant, friendly and super convenient neighborhood--- right in the center of Seville. A five minute walk to the Catedral and sites, 15 to Triana but only 2 to sit in the lovely Jardines of Murillo. The apartment was spotless and cozy, plenty of towels, a good shower, fully equipped kitchen and placed in the back of a courtyard so amazingly quiet. My flight and train were a little bit early but she was very responsive, allowing me to check in and it was so easy. I highly recommend Araceli's place and hope to visit again in the future!

Notre séjour était vraiment top ! le airbnb est spacieux, complet et rempli de gentilles attentions. une grande cuisine, un grand séjour, il y a un ressenti de comme à la maison. La cours extérieure est un vrai plus ! Le mercadona est juste derrière pour les courses c’est parfait. de l’autre côté de la route de l’essence, et surtout à 10 min en voiture de Séville. de quoi profiter de la ville en journée et se reposer au calme le soir. Merci encore !

el apartamento es estupendo, muy comodo y con una ubicacion excelente, en pleno centro a un paso de todo. la anfitiona muy amable y pendiente, la comunixacion con ella muy facil y rapida. un sitio para repetir. si acaso algo que a mi no me ha gustado mucho es el ambientador del baño, tiene un olor demasiado fuerte para mi gusto

Excelente atención del anfitrión. Respondió prontamente a nuestros requerimientos. Muy cómoda la estadía en su apartamento. Agradecemos los desayunos y las bebidas frescas de la heladera. Igualmente los elementos de aseo personal.

If you have a car, its easy to stay at Sue’s place, the parking right opposite the lift and go straight to the apartment. And if you are cat lover, her cats super friendly. We love our stay. Highly recommended.

Very warm & nice Host. Helpful & friendly. Always make sure everything goes well. Isabel met us in person and explained necessary details & make sure we were comfortable knowing how to use washer, adjust heating & cool mode, where to find extra linens/towels and surely locked each door (front and back) in a new home as well as surrounding essential stores like pharmacy etc. .She prepared a welcome gift basket for us in the fridge with gourmet, wine, drinks, chocolates etc. - lovely surprise. it is a quite, safe and peaceful neighborhood.

Appartamento molto bello, confortevole e pulito. Ho avuto dei problemi con la prenotazione l’host ha gestito la situazione concedendomi un check out posticipato. Ho fatto una prenotazione sbagliata, ciò che mi ha mandata in confusione è stato il prezzo indicato in annuncio in fase di prenotazione, ovvero circa €80. Questo prezzo però era inteso per ogni giorno occupato e non per notti occupate. Ho pagato circa €240 pensando di soggiornare per tre notti quando invece erano due. Ammetto che le mail ricevute dove mi potevo accorgere dell’errore di date sono state molte. Purtroppo per me e per la mia famiglia, non mi sono accorta e così ho dovuto rimediare ad una situazione davvero difficile.
