Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Trieste

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

Very beautiful and comfortable house. We loved the localisation as we like quiet places in the middle of nowhere. On the other hand it was only 10 minutes by car to supermarket. It was also very good point to make trips to different places in Istria. Perfect communication with the host.

Sasha's house îs situated în a small village 20 minutes South of Postojna. It is an old family house renovated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a longer stay, to include a small swimming pool. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay more. Sasha îs a great host. He welcomed us, offered drinks and small gifts when we left. His attitude was always proactive and offered great recommendations. We felt great and we would love to come back. Thank you Sasha for a warm welcome and for making us feel like home. We would come back because the area offers a lot to do. See you next time Marian

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lida. The house lacks nothing, it is cozy and brightly decorated and the location in the middle of the vineyards around Koper is fantastic. The landlord was very helpful, always available and always super nice to us. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Casa Lida. Whether in summer for a holiday on the Adriatic Sea or, as with us, a climbing holiday in January.

Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

Magnificent place in Vizinada! The view of the valley and Motovun is breathtaking. This home was our base camp for exploring Istria during our 4-night vacation. Had the weather been a bit warmer we would have jumped into the pool. Instead we kept ourselves warm with the fire wood stove. The only thing missing was a microwave but overall we had everything we needed. Lovely house and location.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The common area and the bedrooms are separated, so part of the group can chat without disturbing others. The kitchen is well equipped. Petra provided every necessary information, she was very flexible and responsive.

We were in the house over New Year's Eve and had a great time! The place is wonderfully quiet and perfect for relaxing - in the sun you can enjoy the view wonderfully in front of the house in the deck chairs and, when it gets cooler, make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The house is lovingly decorated, so we immediately felt comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Inga was a super hostess, welcomed us with jam and beer, provided us with good tips and was also very helpful when one of us got sick. The surrounding area is also very nice - you can hike directly from the house, but can also quickly drive to the sea or other nice places. I highly recommend it and we will be happy to come back!

We had a great short stay at Branka's apartment which has amazing views overlooking the water and parts of Piran. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets! Branka was a wonderful communicator from the start and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We loved the location and the access to many walks for exploring the town and the area. We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

We had 4 beautiful days in Lokev. Andrej's place was best. The parking space directly at the house. Breakfast was plentiful, dinner Andrej's inn was very good, a stop there is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

Branko's apartment was perfect for our stay in October! It's exactly as pictured, but was even more beautiful in person. We felt immediately at home, very cozy. The kitchen was well appointed and he even left us some food for breakfast the following day, which was great because it allowed us to have a lazy morning enjoying the spectacular views of the sunrise and valley below. As Branko advised, we packed a small backpack to carry our belongings in from the car and it worked just fine, parking isn't far away at all. If you take day trips from the apartment, plan to arrive back after 4p to avoid the bus crowds. We had difficulty finding parking when we arrived, but it was mid-afternoon during the busiest time, otherwise parking was a non-issue. There is a small market within the town which is only open until 2p, but there is another market at the bottom of the hill that has a good selection. This was one of my favorite places I've ever stayed, highly recommend!

A very comfortable apartment in an extremely quiet area and yet within walking distance of village and beach. Very nice base for exploring the coast of Slovenia and visiting Trieste. Blissful beds, fully equipped kitchen and a bird orchestra all day in the trees around the apartment. We enjoyed it and can definitely recommend it

I give Nina's place a top rating overall. Excellent view on the sea. Everything in order and as expected. A warm and welcoming family. Only a very minor inconveniences that did not impacted our stay: tight parking spots (note most hosts do not offer *any* parking on premises - the whole area is tight), no dishwasher, beds not ideal if you have back issues. I would pick Nina's place again w/o hesitation.

Great place to stay for a larger group and exactly as described. There was even more equipment than described (e.g. towels were provided). You should know that communication is external and not via Airbnb. But everything still worked out great.

We had a great time in Vizinada and Villa Melli. House was located with a great mountain view and matched the pictures and decription perfectly. The host was super friendly and helpfull during our entire stay. If you enjoy a big house, out door pool and spa, private space and relaxing area? This is perfect for you... You can go hiking, ride your MTB or bike as the area is perfect with hills, mountains and beautiful wine yards and olive plantages. 20-30 mins Driving distance to Koper, Porec, Novigrad and Umag/ shopping. House is very spacious, clean and nothing was left to wish for. We will return for sure. Great house, great location and great host.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The decor was appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

We stayed at Villa Paradiso as a group of friends and loved it. The house is well equipped and has all the amenities you could ask for from the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness area and barbecue area. There are numerous different ways to sit and unwind in the outdoor area. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful view over the whole area. We were completely satisfied.
