Private area available upon reservation. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

It is fully equipped, because it is my home the rest of the year, washing machine, dishwasher, exercise bike, PS4, many books, DVDs, some board games... This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Named the "nice house" in tribute to its previous tenant, this old farmhouse has been completely renovated and updated. It has an enclosed garden with terrace and 3 parking spaces. It can accommodate 6 people, has 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) all with shower room and private toilet. On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen open onto the garden.
