Ideal for a couple, a traveling professional or tourists wishing to discover the region while enjoying the calm. You are only: 10 minutes from Saint-Nazaire 15 minutes from Pornichet / La Baule 15 minutes from the beaches The house is right next to a canal, in a natural and pleasant setting.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

500 meters from the ramparts of Guérande in a green environment, this new independent house offers all modern comforts (Double bed 180 cm, Washing machine, Dishwasher...) You can cook local specialties by going to the Guérande market.
