Recently renovated, it is a short walk from the sea. The 70-square-meter attic is located on the 5th floor (the elevator goes up to the 4th floor) and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child (cot on request). It consists of two double attic bedrooms, a living room with a 55" smart TV, a leather sofa with a chaise longue, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a window/skylight. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Thanks to its strategic location, this small apartment offers easy access to all local attractions, the beautiful beach of Riva is 50 meters away, Sestri Levante is three kilometers away and Chiavari is ten kilometers away. The Cinque Terre are easily accessible by train from Sestri station, as well as Genoa, a beautiful seaside city with the largest historical center in Europe. The house is located in the center of Riva, a few meters from the pharmacy, bank, post office, grocery stores, restaurants and bars.
