The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Cozy 17 m2 studio where everything has been thought out to make you feel good, small kitchenette, basin and walk-in shower, separate toilet, on the mezzanine floor with a 140 bed, which does not allow standing, and enjoy a small terrace where you can have your meals in an environment surrounded by trees and greenery, studio at the end of the owner's house.

After renovating our house, we built this cottage using low-impact techniques and materials. Just at the end of the pool, the Orangerie finds its place , facing south, with in front of it the garden cuddled by the light shade of the Tricentenary Olivier! With all the comforts of A/C and heating, a nice little bathroom, a kitchenette, a large friendly studio with a decor mezzanine. The brand new 160 wide sofa bed, from the Sofa House!! Great comfort!

"Au fil des Crêtes" attic/quiet/warm/view

Take the time to stop in the fenière, the old hay barn of our farm. Welcoming and spacious, cocooning, between stone and wood, you can rest, read, play, enjoy the wood stove, the calm... The barn is in Drôme des collines on a ridge road, overlooking the Vercors mountain range and the Ardèche mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are magical.
