The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

In 90 minutes you are from Berlin to Doberlug-Kirchhain, a traditional white tanner town through which the small Elster flows. The villa with approx. 160 sqm is located on the outskirts of Doberlug-Kirchhain on a 2500 sqm property with a fenced pond. You will have the entire house and garden for you alone.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel comfortable on about 60 square meters. Sustainable and natural materials were used and, for example, the field stone construction method has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house gives a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

This is the right place to read, write, meditate, cook, stargaze, mushroom pick (dehydrator available), feed chickens, for campfires, forest walks and animal watching. If you want to unwind and enjoy nature for a while, this is the place. The place is also good for slightly longer breaks, such as writing a book.
