Beach house holiday rentals in Trogir

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

We loved Helena's place. We were 2 families with 4 children under 11, so this house was just perfect! The pool was ideal for keeping out the baking Croatian sun, with lots of sunbeds. There is an outdoor kitchen, as well as a pristine and brand new inside kitchen, fully equipped so eating al fresco was very easy. The rooms housed us all more than adequately, with the double rooms with ensuites facing the sea, and the smaller kid's rooms at the back. The house is located a few minutes walk to a good local restaurant, a cute little beach that didn't get too busy and an excellent beach bar. A big plus was the closeness to the airport so you can genuinely just walk to the house in 10 mins. We didn't hire a car and just took Helena's recommended taxi firm to visit the local town of Trogir. We also did a days boat trip and they picked us up from the beach close to us, so no travelling required. If you're after a quiet and relaxing week, Helena's place is perfect!

Wow, we had the most amazing view from the terrace! The beach was just a few steps away which felt so private. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with a home that has all amenities needed. The host was so easy to reach and really communicative, thank you so much for making our trip to Croatia amazing. We would love to come back soon. :)

Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt! Die Klimaanlage ein Traum! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, perfekt! Wir genossen die reifen Feigen aus dem Garten! Der Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Es war toll, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war, denn wir hatten unseren Hund dabei! Die Kommunikation mit Vlasta und ihrem Sohn lief hervorragend, sie hat immer sehr schnell reagiert! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Balkon Aussicht wunderbar nur das Haus davor ist keine Augenweide .Wasser sollte ausreichend mitgebracht werden da das Wasser vor Ort nicht trinkbar ist .Der Parkplatz vorm Haus ist eine kleine Herausforderung. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und das Haus ist 2 min zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt absolut ideal. Der Ort bittet einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein offene Strandbistro … für alles weitere ist ein Auto notwendig . Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und der Anton war zu jederzeit erreichbar und Hilfsbereit … wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit huis. Het ligt op 5 kwartier lopen van het centrum, dus dat is wel veel. Je kan de bus pakken voor 2,5 pp of een uber busje vanaf 12 euro totaal. Was top. 5 minuten ervandaan is een grote supermarkt. Echt alles wat beschreven stond was aanwezig. Er zijn af en toe kleine gebreken, zoals 2 douches die niet goed werkte bij ons, maar de volgende dag kwam hij meteen om het te maken. Toen we aankwamen stonden er ook wat welkomstdrankjes en hapjes in de koelkast. Ook had hij voor een jarige een fles drank, een taart en een kaartje gebracht. Superlief allemaal.

Wir waren zu 6 und es war genug Platz für uns alle. Die Zimmer sind super schön und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Badezimmer waren super schön und mit Warm Wasser ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Küche mit Utensilien zum selbst versorgen, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Anlange hat auch einen Pool und Grill. Zum Vermieter super freundlich ist auf alle wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen, wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten so gut wie alles machen was wir wollten. Immer wieder

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

Frano hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Auf Anfrage für zusätzliche Babybetten und Kinderstühle wurde sofort eingegangen und es hatte alles was man sich wünschen konnte vor Ort. Die Gastfreundschaft von Frano und seiner Familie sind hervorragend, wir wurden mit Früchten und Eiern aus ihrem Besitz versorgt und Frano war immer wieder anwesend und hat sich um die Anlage (Pool etc.) gekümmert. Wir wurden von der Fähre abgeholt und am Abreisetag auch wieder mit dem Privatauto zum Hafen geführt. Es steckt sehr viel Herz in der Wohnung aber auch in der Betreuung ihrer Feriengäste. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft, wie auch Ferien bei Frano von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay at Martina’s house. The entire property was beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the bay. One of the highlights was definitely the large pool and the jacuzzi. A special feature is that there are three separate houses, two of which have fully equipped kitchens. This offers the benefit of having a private space to retreat to. We also want to emphasize how helpful Martina was whenever we had a question or issue. She was an amazing host and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, von erster Minute an kommt man schnell vom Alltagsstress runter. Der Pool ist super und grösser als erwartet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, in der Nähe sind nur wenige Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist unglaublich ruhig! Die Schlafbereiche sind nur über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen, sind neu eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Der Ort an sich ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Strände sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Berg ist gut zu bewältigen(selbst mit einem Kinderwagen), wenn man eh nichts macht und sich kaum bewegt, war es eine gute Abwechslung ;) Die Bucht ist wunderschön und die Strände sehr ruhig (Ende August), genau richtig, wenn man die Natur und die Ruhe geniessen möchte. Es gibt Restaurants und den Supermarkt, einen Obststand, Bäcker. Die Eisdiele direkt am Strand empfehlenswert. klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern, weiter so!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war sehr sauber, ordentlich und super ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders der Pool und der Spielbereich mit Trampolin und Schaukeln waren toll für die Kinder. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und die Betten sehr bequem. Ein echtes Plus: Der Host war super freundlich und hat uns mit seinem Bus zuverlässig und günstig zu unseren Ausflugszielen gebracht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Superb stay in Croatia. The apartment is very nice and right at a nice beach. Great restaurants are close by. Our son (9 years old) particularly enjoyed the small football pitch. Toni was a wonderful host, always responding fast and in a very helpful way. Clearly a strong recommendation from our side.

We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Vinko und seiner Frau sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war in einem tadellosem Zustand und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen war Vinko sofort zur Stelle und hat uns bei jedem Anliegen weiterhelfen können. Er gab uns zahlreiche Tipps und Vorschläge um etwas unternehmen zu können. Durch die perfekte Lage waren wir sehr zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten von zahlreichen Restaurants und der wunderschönen Altstadt entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei Vinko und seiner Frau, dass sie uns das ermöglicht haben. Sollte es uns wieder nach Trogir verschlagen, so würden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Dear Nada and Gordan, thank you very much for an incredible vacation, and for the delicious welcoming pastry and home made wine! The place was above our expectations and we had an amazing time. The barbecue area is very well equipped and in a shadow, which makes it a pleasure to grill. The most beautiful area is the terrace, where the view is a real live painting, beautiful all day and night long. The kitchen has everything and even more that someone could use. The bed are super comfortable and the bed lines and towels are very good quality. Overall we had an amazing stay and we definitely recommend this location. We will definitely come back next year. Our family of 3 had a wonderful week at Darko's home. The house is just a 2-minute walk from the Beach and a great Restaurant (Dalmata). The beach is great for kids. My partner and I agree that it was one of the most relaxing stays we have had. The house is very comfortable and the village has all the basics. We are planning to come back sometime soon.

The house is located near the beach and you can drink coffee and in the next moment you are swimming in the sea. Bring water shoes because of sea urchins. The owners are really nice and thoughtful. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a getaway from everyday life.
