Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. This house, one of the oldest houses in Trogir (newly renovated) is the closest accommodation to central historic Trogir square. The cathedral and all important sites are literally seconds away from you. You will love this place not just because of the best location it can possibly be, but the room itself is decorated with a lots of taste - modern touch in a 800 years old house. There are 2 rooms under this ad (turquoise and red) and you will be in one of them You will enjoy every second of it.

Small Room with an AMAZING VIEW! 2.5km > TROGIR!

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can even see Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain behind it. The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony is a decent size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj nalazi se u blizini svih zanimljivosti, što vam olakšava planiranje vašeg posjeta. Sama kuća u kojoj je smješten apartman je iz srednjeg vijeka i okruženje je pitoreskno. Udaljen je od glavnog trga 2 minute. U ovom objektu imate mogućnost sušiti robu na tiramolu; tradicionalan mediteranski način sušenja robe. U centru grada ponekad je šušur, ali s obzirom na strogi centar ovaj dio je uvučen i poprilično tih. Iako Mediteran je život ulice, imate priliku osjetiti to. 🤗

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

What to say :) When you are on the way to Trogir, come to my place. Just few steps from old and beautifull Trogir. It is great for people who like quiet places and old stone houses. Also has great equipped kitchen , new windows with excellent shutters ( complete dark) and mosquito net. Nobody lives at the place, what makes it even more great for people who take two apartments, because of complete privacy that provides. You are all welcome :)
