Comfortable duplex accommodation, completely renovated, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room with a sitting area and an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Comfortable bedding, a 160 bed and a 140 bed. Mezzanine staircase that is not suitable for young children. Located on the third floor without elevator access. Common areas are not yet renovated.

Charming house between land and sea

The Kerléo gîte is a charming Breton house completely renovated in 2020 (50 m2), located in the village of Pouldouran, a small port nestled at the bottom of the Bizien estuary. The house consists of a large main room: living room/kitchen with pellet stove (From October to April, pellets provided). Upstairs, there is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a nice garden just in front of the house.
