Monthly Rentals in Troon North, Scottsdale

Dana's Casita was the cleanest air bnb we have ever stayed in. Admittedly, I rarely feel "at home" or completely comfortable in a space that isn't mine, but the cleanliness, and little touches definitely made an impact. The bathroom was spotless, as was kitchen and all linens. The natural dish sponge has changed my kitchen game:) She even provides purified dinking water which to us is a massive bonus. Shower head was even filtered! Again, small touches, big win. The view off covered porch was so pretty and well kept. We enjoyed coffee out there every morning. Dana even left a tie out for our dog which we didn't think we would use but it came in handy for more relaxing coffee time with our pup able to hang out with us on her bed. You can tell she cares deeply for her property, and wants her guests to have a great experience. We will for sure stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay. The home was very clean and super comfortable. The amenities were great - kitchen was fully stocked with all your need to cook during your stay. Comfortable beds, a spacious layout, beautiful view, close to many wonderful restaurants and walking distance to pinnacle peak! Would definitely recommend to family and friends when they visit. The home was very comfortable, and in a great location. The community is gated, which was nice, and the location suited us perfectly as we could hike and bike right out the door at Brown's Ranch. The fact that pets are allowed was also a bonus.

Had a really enjoyable time. The house was very clean, quiet and had beautiful surroundings. I wish I stayed longer to take advantage of the hiking trails in the area.
