Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

Huset är omgivet av en grönskande trädgård med mycket blommor och fina platser att fika, ordna grillmiddag eller ta ett glas kvällsvin. Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Also perfect for longer term stay benefiting from the central location/communication

The calm in the forest

The accommodation is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility are amazing. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, and you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min). The chance of seeing wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see elk, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park on Öster Malma, just 20 minutes from here.
