Monthly Rentals in Trou-aux-Biches

We spent 10 days in Jame's Cosy Villa and we couldn't have been happier with everything! Location is amazing for all the beaches. Would recommend Lolo's Hypermart for groceries, rather than Popo's. We loved the food at La Kwizin Chachi restaurant very close by, on the way to Triolet. Having a private space to park the car on the property was a real bonus. We will be back!

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation in Mauritius in a beautiful setting. The apartment is very well located, close to beautiful beaches, and the services offered in the hotel are of quality. Hosts have always made themselves available whenever we needed it and very accommodating for check-in. Thank you again for your entire stay.

A nice and big studio with a great terrace. Very quiet yet centrally located. The beach and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, if you want to go to other beaches, a scooter or car is recommended. The landlords are very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water, the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms can be darkened with curtains. The bed is comfortable, the AC cools down, although it is also a little louder. Earplugs can help. Everything is divided as shown in the pictures: a bathroom, a kitchen with seating, a bedroom and a living room with sofa and dining table.

The location of the accommodation was great, directly a beautiful beach nearby , about a 15-minute walk away. Ken was super nice and gave us tips for another beach nearby. Shopping facilities are also available nearby. A car is also well connected to the various sights. We would book the place again.
