On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

Ideal for couples, small families, or groups of up to 3 guests. It features one double bed and a sofa that converts into a bed (180 x 105 cm), suitable for one person, a private veranda, and offers an authentic and romantic stay experience.
