The first time I booked a room on this site, the hotel was in a bustling location, and it was very convenient for eating and shopping nearby downstairs.The boss was warm and hospitable. I forgot to remind me to pick it up in time. The experience was very good.

We had a pleasant stay in Ms. Gloria's unit. Although we initially had some difficulty locating the unit, Ms. Gloria was very helpful and responded to our questions as quickly as possible. **Location** The unit is just a 2-5 minute walk from Jordan MRT Station and also near bus stops that can take you to Victoria Harbour. Additionally, it's only a 5-minute walk to Cafe De Coral, which is a highly recommended restaurant in Hong Kong. **Unit Space** Although the space is a bit limited, it is adequate for our needs. Additionally, it's more than enough to rest after a long day of walking. **Bathroom** The bathroom is small, but it serves its purpose. Overall stay, I'll recommend this and will consider renting once I go back in HK. Thank you, Ms. Gloria.

Pros: >Fantastic location - Between Austin & Jordan stations (5–8 min walk) and Mongkok Ladies Market & Avenue of Stars (25 min walk); plenty of nearby food options (eg. 2-dish rice); bus stops, Temple Street Night Market, and Kowloon Park w/in walking distance >Smooth check-in – Clear, easy-to-follow instructions >Great hospitality – Wai Yan was very responsive, friendly cleaning lady replaced towels and toothbrushes daily >Convenient layout – Main airbnb entrance right off the elevator, unlike others with multiple hallways >Useful amenities – AC, private CR with hot shower; common pantry with dining table, microwave, water kettle, and fridge Minor cons: >Like most HK homestays, space is compact but manageable >Beds might feel small for taller guests (tallest among us was ~5'7" and had no issues with this) >Street noise from passing vehicles, but not an issue for us after long days out Grateful to have found this gem—affordable, comfortable, and highly recommended. Place is exactly as shown in pictures & described. Many great restaurants in the area & the MTR is just a few minutes walk away. The room was clean & the cleaner auntie was very sweet. Bed size was just nice for 2 medium size adults As mentioned by the others, the room was too small to open ur luggages comfortably. We had 2 cabin sized luggages & it was a tight squeeze. So if u have anything larger, it will be a challenge. Overall, the location & cleanliness of the room is a bargain! 👍🏻

The owner replies and gives clear instructions on how to get to the place. The location is very convenient -- you can easily ride the bus or taxi since the building is just a few steps away from the bus stop and is also near to Jordan Station. The room is clean and the bed is huge. The price you paid is worth it if you just need a simple, clean room with basic amenities.
