Very good. Convenient location (5 mins walk to subway station) and great cost-saving, suitable for short-term tour around Hongkong.

Pros: >Fantastic location - Between Austin & Jordan stations (5–8 min walk) and Mongkok Ladies Market & Avenue of Stars (25 min walk); plenty of nearby food options (eg. 2-dish rice); bus stops, Temple Street Night Market, and Kowloon Park w/in walking distance >Smooth check-in – Clear, easy-to-follow instructions >Great hospitality – Wai Yan was very responsive, friendly cleaning lady replaced towels and toothbrushes daily >Convenient layout – Main airbnb entrance right off the elevator, unlike others with multiple hallways >Useful amenities – AC, private CR with hot shower; common pantry with dining table, microwave, water kettle, and fridge Minor cons: >Like most HK homestays, space is compact but manageable >Beds might feel small for taller guests (tallest among us was ~5'7" and had no issues with this) >Street noise from passing vehicles, but not an issue for us after long days out Grateful to have found this gem—affordable, comfortable, and highly recommended. My second time staying at this place and I like it very much!

Its quite small but its good because its very near and accessible to MTR. And a lot of restaurants nearby.

位置非常便利，油麻地地铁站出站后很快就能到，位置也很好找。702房间相对比较大，有外窗可以通风，住着很舒服。卫生间很干净，管理房间的阿姨人很好很贴心。总体很棒的体验。

I had a good experience at Sam's place. The apartment is comfortable and has all the basics you need for a stay in Hong Kong. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Sam was a responsive and helpful host, quick to answer any questions. I would recommend this place for a practical and well-located stay.

We had a pleasant stay in Ms. Gloria's unit. Although we initially had some difficulty locating the unit, Ms. Gloria was very helpful and responded to our questions as quickly as possible. **Location** The unit is just a 2-5 minute walk from Jordan MRT Station and also near bus stops that can take you to Victoria Harbour. Additionally, it's only a 5-minute walk to Cafe De Coral, which is a highly recommended restaurant in Hong Kong. **Unit Space** Although the space is a bit limited, it is adequate for our needs. Additionally, it's more than enough to rest after a long day of walking. **Bathroom** The bathroom is small, but it serves its purpose. Overall stay, I'll recommend this and will consider renting once I go back in HK. Thank you, Ms. Gloria.

房东很热情友好，消息回复很快，民宿地理位置特别好，徒步到旺角地铁站也就两三分钟，附近有很多可以逛的地方，吃饭逛超市也很方便。如果对住宿品质不是非常在意的话可以选择，房间不大但是该有的都有。
