We thoroughly enjoyed our short break at Little Scrunchies. Jess has created a lovely place to stay.

Alban’s Lodge was the perfect place to get away from it all. So quiet & peaceful yet within easy reach of so many places of interest., as well as good pubs, restaurants and shops. Lovely walks straight from the door and lovely views across the Kent countryside. Sarah and Alastair were most welcoming and there if you needed them but otherwise invisible. The Lodge was spotless with lovely kitchen & bathrooms but the bedrooms were something else. Both a really good size with the comfiest super king beds you could wish for - what bliss & quite rare in the Airbnb world. There are no live tv channels & the internet signal is sketchy but 4G reception was not too bad and with around 200 DVDs to choose from there is plenty to keep you entertained!! All in all absolutely splendid.

Ruth and Ian's annexe was a lovely place for us to stay whilst our house was having some work done and we felt right at home straightaway. Ruth was very responsive to a couple of minor issues and they were resolved quickly. Would highly recommend. 👍

The property is beautiful and stylish, nestled in nature with green fields perfect for a walk or run. Louise, the host, was always available with helpful tips and suggestions. I’d recommend it if you’re looking to explore the surroundings and escape the city.
